Frank Liantonio is a member of the Board of Directors of Cushman &
Wakefield, Inc., located in the New York City world headquarters office, and
also serves on the firm’s Compensation Committee. Prior to joining Cushman
& Wakefield, he was a partner in James H. Burns Co., a Manhattan-based real
estate firm.
Professional designations include MAI, CRE and FRICS. Frank is a licensed
real estate broker in the State of New York and also a member of the Urban Land
Institute, sitting on its Urban Development/Mixed Use Council. He also sits on
the Board of Directors of ePropertyTax, LLC, a Scottsdale, Arizona-based ASP
that provides web-enabled technology to facilitate the property tax management
process. Frank received a BA degree in Economics from Marist College.
An active member of the American Cancer Society for over 25 years, Frank
serves on the Board of Directors of the Society’s Eastern Division; in 2001, he
was named Humanitarian of the Year. He is also active in his local community of
Garden City, having served on two mayor’s committees: one involving the
redevelopment of downtown, and a second involving the preservation of a
landmarked school. Frank is an avid golfer and downhill skier.
Frank, his wife and daughter reside in Garden City, New York.
