Bill Hodges oversees Orvis/Cushman & Wakefield’s Pacific Northwest brokerage activities out of the Boise branch office. For the 12 years prior, he served as President of Western Realty Advisors, a real estate development and investment company.
Bill’s real estate experience also includes eight years as a top-producing commercial investment broker in West Los Angeles with CB Richard Ellis. Prior to entering the real estate field he was Vice President and Senior Lending Officer with Rainier Bank in Seattle and Los Angeles. Bill is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a BS degree in Business Administration.
An accomplished sportsman, Bill has a passion for fly fishing, upland bird hunting, golf and skiing. Summers are spent fly fishing blue-ribbon trout streams in the West, and each fall he can be found hunting pheasant and quail in Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
Bill and his wife live between Sun Valley and Boise, Idaho and have two sons who share his passion for fly fishing and bird hunting.
