William (Will) Wingate comes to Orvis/Cushman & Wakefield from his role as President of W.O. Wingate & Associates, a full-service governmental relations and public affairs firm in Atlanta, Georgia. The firm's client portfolio included companies in the fields of agri-business, aviation, finance, government, healthcare, insurance, law, technology, telecommunications and transportation. With 12 years of diverse experience ranging from state government administration to developing legislation, Will has traveled extensively and maintains a strong contact network throughout Georgia. He is licensed in Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Virginia and Montana.
Will graduated cum laude from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and a certificate in Finance.
A past President of the Chattahoochee Chapter of Trout Unlimited, Will currently serves as a sponsor member of Quail Unlimited, and maintains memberships with the Nature Conservancy of Georgia, and the National Parks and Conservation Association.
